    Everyone needs the Professional Maid of Honor at their wedding or event!

    Katelynn took initiative in so many ways before and on the day of my wedding. Leading up to the event, Katelynn was a great listener. She heard and understood what I envisioned for the day when other people didn’t, she helped me think thorough back up plans in case of rain, and when the day came she coordinated everything seamlessly.

    It’s true what everyone says, your wedding day flys by! Having Katelynn there allowed my husband and I to spend more time chatting with our guests.

    While we were enjoying ourselves, Katelynn made sure the day flowed as planned. She started the transition from cocktail hour to dinner, made sure our speakers were ready to give their toasts, transitioned us into the dance hall after dinner, and so much more.

    I could go on forever about all the helpful things Katelynn did on our wedding day. What I loved most about working with her was her fun and positive attitude. She took on every change or task without hesitation. Any stress or worry we had about the wedding day running smoothly disappeared once we found and talked with Katelynn.

    I would recommend The Professional Maid of Honor to anyone and everyone! You will not be disappointed when you hire Katelynn. She will go above and beyond to make sure your event or wedding day is everything you hoped it would be.

    Katelynn did an absolutely great job! I (the step-mother of the bride) felt very comfortable knowing she was handling things. She managed the flow of the evening perfectly, and she worked well with the bride & groom, our caterer, the emcee/musician, and our photographer. Overseeing the setup of our guests’ tables and our special lighting, Katelynn made sure that everything looked wonderful. She picked up specifications at lightening speed, she always exercised good judgment, and she needed no supervision at the event. In addition, her suggestions throughout the preparation stage were uniformly helpful. Finally, she was unfailingly professional and easy to work with. Without hesitation, I recommend her to anyone seeking someone to manage the day of a wedding.

    I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with Katelynn! Our wedding was very DIY and we had lots of different vendors on site that day, with personalities that ranged from good to bad. Katelynn was just amazing – she handled the more challenging vendors gracefully and firmly, and absorbed a lot of the stress that I would have felt having to deal with it myself. She followed all of our set-up and timeline directions and really helped to execute our vision for the day. She even came a few months in advance to do a walk through and to meet us and then checked in regularly until the day-of to provide guidance. I would highly recommend Katelynn to anyone! My in-laws and family all commented on how professional, polite, and respectful Katelynn was. She was worth every penny and more, and was easily the best vendor we hired for our wedding.

    My daughter-in-law hired Katelynn as the onsite coordinator for her wedding which took place at our home. Katelynn was amazing. I had met her months before when she made a site visit so she could get the lay of the land. She handled the snarky, demanding bartender and the late-arriving caterer who showed up 15 minutes before the outdoor service was to begin. Katelynn had called the caterer repeatedly and knew exactly the status when I asked. The caterer insisted she must run her generator and Katelynn would not permit her to do that due to the noise pollution during the service. Nothing was going to ruin the bride and groom’s special day. She saw to that! The chairs were magically moved from the service in the front to the reception in the back and I didn’t see a thing. As the host who saw the underpinnings of the day, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Katelynn. Katelynn and her assistant handled the day beautifully. A+

    Katelynn made the day so special for us! We were not going to hire a coordinator & do it ourselves, but SO glad we did – Well worth the money- our day was at ease and Katelynn helped out in organizing all our details (vendor deliveries, making our area look pretty ect).

    Katelynn was a lifesaver. We had to provide everything for our venue; decorations, bar, food, you name it. She coordinated all the set up without a hitch. We hired Kaetlynn as a Day of Coordinator only and she still chatted with us often before the big day. Not only is she affordable, she is also responsive to emails and texts and extremely organized. Additionally, on the day she was flexible and worked closely with our DJ to make sure the timeline went smoothly. I would highly recommend hiring her for your rehearsal as well! She had many good suggestions and was able to wrangle our rowdy wedding party and family to get the job done. I would not have had the carefree, amazing wedding day that I did without her help.
